Location:
Stewart Lodge Mendon Ponds
Road Race
It's mostly flat and at the end there is a nice down hill to take you right to the finish. I will put up a picture of the course soon.
Time:
Day of registration/ Packet pickup 9:15am
Runners and walkers will start at the same time at 11:00am
I have decided not to do pre-race day packet pick up so to help control lines and starting late don't wait till the last minute to come down and get you bib it will help us a lot.
Shirts:
Shirts for the 150 registrants!
I am ordering shirts this week so I will have the design up soon, I decided to go with cotton shirts because it's the first year and I don't want to go over budget.
Food:
I probably am getting the post race food from Honeoye Falls Market Place. I think they will be supplying bananas, apples, oranges, granola bars, and water.
Prizes:
I know you all have been waiting to find out what the prizes are and since the race is coming up soon I decided to give away what one of the prizes is. So winners in each category will be getting a turkey!!!!! But that's not it you'll have to wait till after the race to see what the other prizes are.
The categories are male and female: 10 and under,11-14,15-19,20-29,30-39,40-49,50-59,60-69,70+
Additional information:
There is also going to be some cool booths for project and businesses you won't want to miss!
Remember all the proceeds are going to Autism Speaks.
